Susan McCambridge

Background

The company was founded by Susan McCambridge, who brings over 30 years of experience in leveraging technology to support business growth. Her career began as a Sales Engineer at Hewlett Packard, progressing to selling technical outsourcing solutions to UK organisations. Susan then established a business specialising in outsourcing part or all of the sales cycle to global technology and consulting companies in the UK and US.

Susan has provided mentoring and consultancy to both large and small businesses in Northern Ireland, focusing on business development, technological support for business growth, and strategic planning. Over the past decade, Susan has built a robust skills pipeline for companies investing in Northern Ireland, as well as for local firms.

As a Technology Reskilling Innovator, she has designed and implemented over 150 pre-employment programs, equipping more than 2,600 professionals with future-ready skills in AI, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, and other emerging technologies. Susan has developed strategic relationships with companies such as Microsoft, KPMG, PwC, and EY to understand their objectives for the growth of their business technology centres and provide a pipeline of skilled individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Susan is deeply passionate about empowering businesses to thrive by leveraging technology, fostering workforce transformation, and equipping professionals with the skills needed for future success.

Business Leader

Stephen Lusty is a professional, Hi-Tech Business Leader with a successful track record in General Management, including Google Senior Director, Online Sales & Operations EMEA, Change and Digital Transformation, Product Development, Programme Management, International Sales and Business Development, Turnarounds, Skills and Capability Development, Strategy and Innovation within Blue Chip, Start-up and Voluntary organisations.

Through his business JAGiL Consulting he has been involved in several AI businesses covering a range of market sectors.

Stephen has a strong background in integrating AI into business strategies and using AI to optimise processes and improve operational efficiency.

Stephen is also passionate about his family, fishing and watching movies.

Siobhan Mulvenna

Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator

Siobhan Mulvenna is an experienced coach, mentor, and facilitator, who empowers individuals and businesses unlock their full potential through meaningful transformation in both personal and professional lives. Through her company, SMT Solutions, she has spent over 30 years delivering powerful human skills, working with business owners, and teams to enhance self-awareness, build self-belief, and drive meaningful growth.

Siobhan’s tailored approach fosters growth, resilience, and confidence, enabling individuals to navigate challenges, build stronger relationships, and unlock their full potential. Through her coaching and facilitated learning, she creates a supportive and dynamic environment where lasting change can thrive.

A firm believer in experiential learning, Siobhan goes beyond theory, ensuring individuals can apply new skills effectively in real-life situations. Her expertise spans stakeholder engagement, emotional intelligence, problem-solving through design thinking, and communication skills. Mark Balmer

Design Consultant, Software Developer and Technologist

A design consultant, software developer and technologist Mark has over 30 years experience running his own consultancy business – Catalyst, partnering in e-commerce ventures and providing mentorship and training across a broad spectrum of industries and skills.

In recent years Mark has been developing and implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for a range of companies as well as delivering specialist training to post graduate students. Working part time as the emerging technology lead for a leading local college, Mark has helped businesses deliver digital transformation and/or innovation through various funded programmes including Connected, InnovateUS and Innovation Vouchers. Through numerous pre-employment Skills Academies Mark has provided new start consultants from companies including Microsoft, PwC, Version 1, FinTru, EY, KPMG and NIE with industry relevant technical knowledge and skills in areas such as Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Big Data, Ai, Machine Learning, Digital Engineering, DevOps, Software Development and Cyber Security.

In addition to Marks’s professional expertise he enjoys art, music and family.

Karishma Kusurkar

Multidisciplinary Designer and Podcaster

Karishma Kusurkar is a multidisciplinary designer whose work spans a broad range of disciplines including digital design, creative thinking and podcasts. Through her business, Karishma’s World, her work has been featured in publications including Creative Boom, The Sunday Times, and 100 Archive

Since 2011, she has worked with people, in a range of businesses, to skill-up and build their confidence through delivering training courses in creative and design thinking and design. As Artificial Intelligence reshapes industries, human creativity now emerges as a critical skill allowing organisations to adapt and leverage new technology effectively in their respective industry. This is an area of interest for Karishma together with the use of AI in the creativity process.

Karishma loves creating new music, inventing recipes, and better understanding the world through great conversations.

Aidan Browne

Broadcaster, Event and Conference Host

Aidan Browne has four decades of experience working in education, training and broadcasting. He is an experienced event and conference host and has worked in every major venue in Northern Ireland. Aidan has delivered executive coaching and in house training in presentation skills for both local and multinational companies.

At McCambridge Consultants Aidan collaborates with our team to bring his excellent presentation skills training. Presentation skills training is not just about presenting, it encompasses the art of engaging, influencing, delivering and refining messages to audiences across a range of business settings. It leads to improved coloration and teamwork, enhanced customer relationships and critically in the era of AI it brings empathy, nuance and emotional intelligence to a topic.

In addition, Aidan’s professional expertise, he is passionate about walking his dog and Shakespearean theatre.

Louise Friel

Specialist IT trainor and mentor

Louise Friel has over 30 years’ experience in IT and offers specialist IT training, mentoring and consultancy services aimed at helping small businesses work more efficiently and effectively, with a core focus on reducing time wastage. She leverages her extensive experience to identify cost-saving IT solutions, which ultimately save clients time and money. She is an Accredited Microsoft Master Instructor.

Louise also specialises in Data Visualisation techniques, holds the Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification and has extensive experience in helping professionals manage and analyse data and create rich, interactive visualisations using Microsoft Power BI. By employing data preparation, modelling, visualisation, and analysis this enables businesses to understand complex data through clear, visual insights that support decision-making.

Outside work Louise spends time mountain biking and surfing and travelling around Europe by campervan.

Peter Raymond

Senior Management and Board Director

Peter’s 25-year career in business and management began with a Master’s degree in Management from Heriot-Watt University. Since then, he has successfully led and developed high-performing operational teams in senior management roles across the training, retail, ALB, and charity sectors.

Driven by a deep interest for his field, Peter excels in delivering expertise in policy development, national change implementation, strategic development, leadership, and training. With a proven track record of driving success in complex business environments, he brings a wealth of knowledge to each challenge. As AI continues to transform industries, Peter leverages his experience to help organisations seamlessly integrate AI-driven efficiencies while ensuring robust governance and smooth daily operations.

Currently, Peter holds multiple roles and board positions in both the private and public sectors, where his extensive experience and enthusiasm breathe life into his areas of expertise. Known for his ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies, Peter is a trusted advisor and leader in his field. Outside of work, Peter enjoys exploring beaches and hillsides with his Labrador, Buddy, or enjoying quality time with friends and family over a meal or special occasion.
